Spray polyurethane foam performs differently depending on climate zone, assembly type, and how it interacts with the rest of the building envelope. A wall or roof assembly that's under-specified on vapor control, thermal-bridging mitigation, or code-required thermal/ignition barriers can pass a rough-in inspection and still create a moisture or performance problem years later.
We work upstream of that — reviewing the assembly and specification before it's built — and downstream of it, when a forensic investigation is needed to establish what actually went wrong.
